4. Which categories of drinks can be dealcoholized?

5 How long does a dealcoholization project take?
The project duration depends on the complexity and batch size. After an individual consultation, you will receive a transparent process and schedule – from the first laboratory test to filling or delivery.
6. Can I receive a sample or laboratory specimen in advance?
Yes, we offer preliminary laboratory samples to test the effect of dealcoholization and aroma recovery in advance. So you know exactly how your alcohol-free product will taste later.
7. Which certifications does Dealco Swiss have?
Our processes are certified in accordance with IFS Food and for organic production. This guarantees the highest standards in terms of food safety and product quality.
8. Does Dealco Swiss also offer on-site bottling?
Yes, on request we can take care of filling directly at our site in Hallau – quickly, efficiently and with quality assurance. Alternatively, we can deliver the product to you as open goods for further processing.

11 What must be observed during vinification before dealcoholization?
Targeted preparation is crucial for an optimal result: grape varieties with a strong aroma, a ripe and healthy harvest and low-tannin, aroma-intensifying processing are key. Acidity management also plays an important role, as the acidity increases after dealcoholization.

12. In what condition should the wine be delivered for dealcoholization?
The wine must be 100% protein-stable, free of defects and aromatic typical of the variety. A maximum delivery temperature of 12 °C, a free SO₂ value of 30-40 mg/l and coarse filtration before transportation are also important.

13 What is important after dealcoholization?
The dealcoholized wine should be further processed and bottled within five days. Clean, microfiltered bottling, an appropriate residual sugar content and the use of stabilizing components such as SO₂ and, if necessary, tannins are important. We would be happy to advise you on the possibilities of bottling non-alcoholic wine in our house.
