DEALCOHOLIZATION

With the help of vacuum distillation, we extract the alcohol from the product in a particularly gentle way - below 28 °C, aroma-friendly and efficient.

AROMA RECOVERY (OPTIONAL)

With our patented SOLOS® technology, we recover valuable flavors - for non-alcoholic drinks with real character.

LABORATORY PRE-TEST (OPTIONAL)

We can have your original product dealcoholized and aroma recovered on a laboratory scale by our partner SOLOS® before dealcoholization.

QUALITY CONTROL

Sensory tests and laboratory tests ensure that your product meets the highest quality standards - both in terms of taste and technology.

BOTTLING OR DELIVERY

On request, we can fill bottles directly at our site - or deliver the refined product to you as an open product for further processing.
